What we use and why

When a shop installs PrintMyOrder, Shopify lets us read that shop's orders. We use order details (order number, items, prices, delivery method and the customer's name, address, phone and email) only to print the shop's own invoices and packing slips on the shop's own printer.

How long we keep it

Order details are held only until the shop's printer PC has printed them, and are deleted from our server within 24 hours of printing. A short record of what was printed (order number and time) is kept for 30 days so the shop can see recent prints. We never sell data or use it for marketing.

Your rights

Customers of a shop should contact the shop first. We respond to Shopify's data-request and deletion requests automatically. When a shop uninstalls PrintMyOrder, we delete its data.
